Key Responsibilities:
  • Catering and Event Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Hospitality Services to plan and execute catering events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Tabulate catering expenses and input data into the financial system for monthly submission, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Senior Executive Support: Provide administrative support to Senior Executives, including managing internal and external business engagements, organizing events, and coordinating logistics.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Identify and implement impactful sustainability initiatives and events that promote environmental responsibility and community engagement.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Undertake assigned projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and Adaptable: Demonstrate a can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
  • Administrative Skills: Possess basic administrative or secretarial skills, with a meticulous mindset and attention to detail.
  • Industry Experience: Hold at least two years of working experience in Guest Services, Sales, or Event Executive roles within the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of Food and Beverage industry products and customer service standards.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with a willingness to learn new software and systems.
