Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Web3 Project Coordinator to oversee project timelines, growth operations, and strategic initiatives for a game-fi publishing platform. Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with project requirements, schedules, and processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee project timelines, growth operations, and strategic initiatives for a game-fi publishing platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with project requirements, schedules, and processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks, blockers, delays, and scope creep, implementing necessary mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Track and manage ongoing issues, providing timely updates and resolutions to stakeholders.
  • Schedule, facilitate, and document internal and external meetings, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver formal recurring communications materials, including progress reports and presentations, to keep stakeholders informed and engaged in the project.
  • Continuously monitor project performance, conduct analysis, and provide insights to drive process improvements and optimize project outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, promoting teamwork, sharing of best practices, and continuous learning and development.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in any major and previous work experience in the gaming or Web3 industries. Strong self-motivation, a growth mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management are essential.

  • Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and verbal, enabling seamless communication with diverse stakeholders.
