About the Role

The hiring company, a global venture-building group focused on Web3, seeks an experienced Project Coordinator to manage the successful execution of projects utilizing their products and solutions. This involves coordinating with customers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure timely completion, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in marketing and project operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, effectively managing communication, expectations, and deadlines.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies, to guarantee project success.
  • Regularly monitor project progress and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders, maintaining transparency and open communication.
  • Manage daily community and social media operations, encompassing customer services, technical support, and quality checks.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contract terms, change orders, and invoicing, ensuring compliance and record-keeping.
  • Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and share best practices, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Assist in developing proposals and bids for new project opportunities, leveraging expertise to secure future ventures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, project management, or a related field, demonstrating academic excellence.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management or web3 business, showcasing practical skills and adaptability.
  • Strong communication, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills, allowing effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English abilities, facilitating clear and concise communication.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, empowering informed decisions and strategic planning.
  • A deep understanding of Web3, Crypto, and GameFi principles, essential for navigating complex technological landscapes.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
