Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and implementing C&B policies and SOPs for process improvement and global standardization
  • Develop, review and update existing C&B programs to ensure their market competitiveness and sustainability
  • Support the end-to-end process for annual performance and pay review cycle
  • Compile regular HR analytic reports and dashboards to provide insights to support decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR with a focus on C&B, preferably in multinational companies
  • Excellent numerical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
