Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with various divisions to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption during system enhancements.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation of system rules and logics to enhance user understanding.
  • Support the operation of the system, including monthly closures, budget, and report preparation.
  • Collaborate with finance user teams on daily operations and liaise with the system vendor on any issues raised.
  • Drive process enhancements within Group Finance to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in business analysis and project delivery, with direct handling of financial systems.
  • A proven track record of managing projects related to financial system implementation and enhancement.
