Job Summary

As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations. Your expertise in partnership marketing will enable you to identify and capitalize on opportunities that align with our brand's value propositions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to promote our brand's value propositions and drive business results.
  • Identify and establish relationships with high-end retail brands, dining establishments, leisure and entertainment venues, and other potential luxury partners.
  • Negotiate and manage collaboration formats to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Plan and execute joint promotions and marketing initiatives, such as events, sponsorships, and customer delight campaigns.
  • Conduct regular analysis and post-event evaluations to identify areas for continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Research and develop Personal Assistant services to enhance our service offerings and meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in partnership marketing, marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing events and implementing effective event strategies.
  • Established connections and a strong network within the business industry, facilitating collaboration with key players and brands.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on effective engagement and collaboration.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on attention to detail, efficiency, self-motivation, and initiative to consistently deliver high-quality work.
