Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team at HKT. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for implementing and executing partnership strategies to promote our brand's value propositions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.
  • Identify and establish relationships with high-end retail brands, dining establishments, and leisure and entertainment venues to align with marketing goals and objectives.
  • Plan and execute joint promotions and marketing initiatives, such as events, sponsorships, and customer delight campaigns.
  • Conduct regular analysis and post-event evaluations to identify areas for continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Research and develop new Personal Assistant services to enhance customer offerings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in partnership marketing, marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing events and implementing effective event strategies.
  • Established connections and a strong network within the business industry, facilitating collaboration with key players and brands.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on effective engagement and collaboration.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on attention to detail, efficiency, self-motivation, and initiative to consistently deliver high-quality work.
