Dynatrace Enterprise Solutions Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team at Dynatrace. As a critical part of our go-to-market team, you will be the first point of contact with future customers and will collaborate closely with marketing and our Account Executives to inform and identify opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Pipeline Growth: Set introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers to build revenue pipeline.
- Proactive Research: Conduct research on accounts using Google, LinkedIn, Lusha, and other tools provided.
- Account Profiling: Develop an understanding of assigned accounts' business and technology challenges, opportunities, drivers, and market positioning.
- Named Account Prospecting: Drive outbound prospecting to generate new logo business opportunities and call into senior IT management and C-Level contacts.
- Customer Education: Educate prospective customers on the value of Dynatrace enterprise solutions and qualify opportunities with business potential.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, with Cantonese and English being beneficial but not essential.
- Passion for Technology: A passion for technology and software sales, with 1-2 years of customer-facing experience required.
- Education: University degree, College Diploma, or equivalent experience.
- CRM Experience: Experience using a CRM (Salesforce).
