This position is responsible for leading a team of HR professionals to develop and execute recruitment tactics, targeting and attracting talent to deliver the Corporation's business strategy and growth plans across Divisions.

  • Lead the development of HR strategies and operating plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to build relationships, understand manpower needs, and recommend optimal human capital resources.
  • Serve as a TA advisor to hiring managers on all aspects of the recruitment process, including recruitment strategies and resourcing channels.
  • Source, identify, and implement innovative talent acquisition tools to enhance the candidates' experience journey and build the talent pool for various disciplines.
  • Act as a HR focal point for business managers in areas such as reward management, performance management, organization talent review, learning and development, career development, succession planning, and provide inputs to HR Centre of Excellence.
  • Manage office administration team, plan and recommend office layout plans based on manpower plan as required.
