Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing the planning, management, and execution of Pfizer's Meetings and Congresses. This includes both internal and external events, such as Marketing Symposiums and support for speakers at local and international congresses, all aligned with business objectives. The role also involves providing essential administrative support to Pfizer's commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations

  • Prepare necessary access rights and materials for new Marketing hires, including MAPP Navigator, GCMA, and relevant system enrollments.
  • Conduct routine management of post-meeting promotional materials.
  • Perform regular drug reconciliation for the Patient Assistance Program.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the Commercial team regarding any ad hoc requests.
  • Uphold Pfizer's mission, ambitions, and cultural engagement strategies.

Meetings & Event Management

  • Oversee the complete planning, execution, and reconciliation process for Meetings/Events, including:
  • Manage logistics for Local and Overseas Meetings/Events, covering aspects such as congress registration and visa applications for international speakers.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and corporate policies throughout service delivery.
  • Collect and analyze all relevant information related to meeting operations.
  • Conduct post-event follow-ups and reconciliation of meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of administrative experience, preferably within a multinational corporation.
  • Prior experience in Meeting and Congress Planning and Execution is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and capable of working collaboratively in a matrix environment.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Skilled in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, OneDrive, and Teams. Experience in application support or administration (e.g., Ariba) is a plus.
