Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing prompt updates to the Operations Manager on priorities and opportunities.
  • Maintaining profitability by managing sales growth, inventory levels, labour, supplies, and expenses.
  • Ensuring the brand image and knowledge are upheld.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with a strong command of written and spoken English. A minimum degree holder in Business or related discipline is required, along with 8 years of relevant management experience and expertise in luxury hotels or goods industry.

As a leader, you will motivate staff, manage schedules and coverage, ensure safe work practices, and maintain high cleanliness standards. Proficiency with inventory systems, POS software, and operational workflows in F&B settings is essential.
