The Hong Kong Support Center (HKSC) is the regional corporate hub for the 15 markets in the Asia Pacific region - Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong/Macau, India, Indonesia, Korea, Laos, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. With over 5,600 stores, the region is a key growth driver for the organization.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
As a Project Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our commitment to green practices. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Greener Stores Certification & Process Implementation (50%)

Collaborate with markets across Asia Pacific to support their submissions for Greener Stores Certifications, expanding our sustainability footprint. Collaborate with Asia Pacific Store Development and Store Design as well as the Global Sustainability team in the US and support the manager to simplify the certification processes, build tracking reports, and facilitate toolkits & guidelines for submission making it seamless for markets.

Intake and SEO Administration (20%)

Facilitate the intake process for the concept design team as well as the approval and tracking of special stores in our portfolio to optimize our team's priorities and support learning across the team.

Event Coordination (20%)

Administer and facilitate key functional moments, including forums, yearbooks, and kickoff events that engage and inspire our team.

Artwork and Other Concept Design Support (10%)

Oversee the administration of the HKSC Office Artwork Program, enhancing our office environment with impactful art. Support project teams as needed on project work across our regional furniture and artwork catalogs, store design innovation innovative concepts, with potential for growth as our needs expand.

Summary of Experience

  • Project or program experience in sustainability, architecture or design (1 - 2 years)
  • Candidates with less experience are welcome to apply

  • Strong organizational and event planning skills
  • Excellent communication both verbally and in writing
  • A passion for art and creativity in workplace environments
  • Experience in sustainability, architecture or design a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
