About the Role
This role will oversee the overall Partnership Distribution business and performance monitoring at an aggregate level, ensuring the delivery of business results. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning, business strategy, and business analytics in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management reports for Group Distribution business performance on a timely and accurate basis, evaluating business performance and key driver analytics for business forecast and projection.
- Support the aggregate level performance management by providing insights and analytics to craft the strategic vision and identify the best methodologies and key issues impacting corporate and business strategy.
- Support data and analytics projects and initiatives, building performance dashboards, Group Partnership Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and driving aggregated Group Partnership level business and financial performances review, proactive improvement of KPI tracking mechanisms.
- Work closely with relevant parties on Group projects and initiatives, conducting research on new business opportunities, including bancassurance, IFA, Brokerage, Direct Marketing, and external macro environment trends.
- Develop internal and external management presentations and reports with analysis and business solutions that bring group-wide impacts, boost business growth, and drive strategic KPIs.
- Provide business performance data and analysis support for ongoing business performance tracking and annual strategy planning activities.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Experience (6-8 years) in financial planning, business strategy, and business analytics in the insurance industry; knowledge in insurance products and operation processes will be a plus.
- Shown research capabilities, highly resourceful on both primary and secondary information.
- Ability to structure PowerPoint using narratives that bring out key messages and illustrative visuals.
- Skillful on data analysis and summarizing based on extensive information.
- Possess proficiency in data management and information usage, strong skills in data visualization (Power BI), Excel, and PowerPoint presentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills.
- Good teammate with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English communication is a must. Candidate who can speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is preferred.
