  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Develop and track KPIs for Financial Markets business units, ensuring effective measurement and evaluation of performance.
  • Ad Hoc Assignments: Undertake special projects and assignments as required by senior management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Undergraduate degree in Business Management or Finance, with a professional qualification in CPA/CFA preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in banking or financial services, with 2 years of experience in management accounting and financial analysis.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency: Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
