Job Description:

As a Business Strategy Manager at Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited, you will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term and short-term strategies for the personal banking sector. Your primary goal will be to establish effective strategies for different departments, refine and execute requests from the Head Office, and maintain agile collaboration and cooperation with various segments and product divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine strategies for the personal banking sector, establish effective collaboration with departments, and execute requests from the Head Office.
  • Coordinate and maintain agile collaboration and cooperation with segments, product, and channel divisions based on overall strategies and targets.
  • Gather and summarize various banking-related information, including market status, industry and peers information, and assist in conducting in-depth market studies and reports for management.
  • Draft personal banking themes reports, work plans, and summaries, monitor KPIs and strategy execution, and business performances.
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors or the management team.

Requirements:
  • Degree holder or above with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
  • More than 7 years of relevant experience in retail banking industry, preferably with frontline business experience, or more than 9 years of Non-banking working experience in financial analysis, strategy, and business planning.
  • Strong financial and business analytical skills.
  • Be a good team player and self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic for new challenges under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua and Cantonese.
  • Competent in MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Chinese & English input method.
