Job Summary:

As a Business Strategy Manager at Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing long-term and short-term strategies for the personal banking sector. You will work closely with various departments to establish strategies, refine requests from Head Office, and maintain agile collaboration with segments, product, and channel divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for the personal banking sector, including refining and executing requests from Head Office.
• Coordinate and maintain collaboration with segments, product, and channel divisions based on overall strategies and targets of the personal banking sector.
• Gather and summarize banking-related information, including market status, industry, and peers information, to assist in conducting in-depth market studies and reports for management.
• Draft personal banking themes reports, work plans, and summaries, and monitor KPIs and strategy execution and business performances.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
• More than 2 years of relevant experience in retail banking industry, preferably with frontline business experience, or more than 5 years of non-banking working experience in financial analysis, strategy, and business planning.
• Strong financial and business analytical skills.
• Good team player with self-motivation, energy, and enthusiasm for new challenges under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua and Cantonese.
