Executive Training Coordinator

We are seeking an Executive Training Coordinator to join our team at Sun Life. This role will focus on developing and implementing professional training programs to drive performance behavior, enhance productivity, and uplift management competency.
About the RoleThe Executive Training Coordinator will assist in designing client-centric programs, developing SLHK specific initiatives, and planning leadership training programs to support growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in designing and developing e-learning modules to drive learning efficiencies and reinforce effectiveness.
- Develop trainer's guides and lesson plans to ensure high-quality training delivery and consistency.
- Monitor the effectiveness of leadership training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs that meet business objectives.
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in developing, training, and educating agency/sales management.
- Solid understanding of agency operations and their systems.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with strong business acumen.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
