Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Lecturer in Fashion and Design. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing promotion plans for fashion and design event activities, including video production, social media content creation, and press release preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement promotion plans for fashion and design event activities
  • Support and coordinate photography and videography for event activities
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including internal and external parties, for event planning, management, and execution
  • Provide support in general administration, financial, and supply matters, including procurement, budgeting, and sponsorship arrangement
  • Assist in preparing proposals and reports for events
  • Provide academic support to program development, learning support to student projects, and perform teaching duties as necessary

Requirements

  • Relevant recognized degree or professional qualification, preferably with a post-graduate qualification
  • At least 3 years' relevant teaching and/or industry experience
  • Good presentation, teaching, administrative, interpersonal, and team building skills
  • High level of proficiency in both English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • High motivation for course/new project development
  • Preferably with relevant experience in Advertising, Video Production, and/or Social Media Content Creation
  • Good records of linkage with industry/professional bodies will be an advantage

  • The post is in the rank of Lecturer
  • Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic/professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic/professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply
  • Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment
  • Appointees may be required to work irregular hours/outside normal office hours and/or at different work locations on a need basis
