We are seeking a skilled Senior Crypto Product Development Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and developing a cutting-edge crypto trading system, serving both retail and institutional clients.
Main Responsibilities- Design and implement robust, scalable trading infrastructure for various regulated markets.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to meet regulatory needs and ensure compliance.
- Conduct competitor research, customer research, and industry research to stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop a sophisticated data monitoring system to gain insights into our trading system and industry trends.
- Establish a short and medium-term product iteration plan and roadmap based on product life cycle characteristics and competition environment.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in building complex backend systems in crypto or Traditional Finance.
- Rigorous logical thinking, excellent teamwork, and communication skills.
- Strong interest in trading, blockchain, and the financial industry.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
