">Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement trade product strategies to meet market requirements and customer needs.
- Work closely with trade sales to define market opportunities, identify client needs, and devise product solutions.
- Improve the competitiveness of existing trade products and develop new strategies to diversify trade finance offerings.
- Provide support to trade sales and relationship managers to facilitate complex trade finance deals and develop product training materials.
- Identify and manage trade product risks, including operational, regulatory, and business conduct risk.
- Collaborate with Operations to enhance overall trade service quality and develop digital trade solutions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5.
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate banking or trade finance, with a preference for trade product management experience.
- Solid knowledge of receivable finance, credit insurance, and trade payable finance.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- A good understanding of banking systems, operations, and credit risk.
- The ability to speak Mandarin, read and write in Chinese.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Product Manager role.
