You will work closely with colleagues to deliver targeted, high-quality research that supports the execution of individual assignments, client relationship management, and broader BD initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Research & Insight
    • Supporting the delivery of targeted, high-quality research that supports the execution of individual assignments, client relationship management, and broader BD initiatives.
    • Demonstrating a developing ability in the research process, contributing to a well-developed and curated list of candidates for each assignment.
    • Monitoring news, trends, and candidate movements, identifying and communicating industry news and relevant market activity for possible business development opportunities to colleagues.
  • Business Growth
    • Supporting new business development and client relationship management to enable delivery of strategic goals and financial plans.
    • Completing mapping exercises for clients and BD initiatives.
    • Contributing to the pitch process.
  • Client Excellence & Delivery
    • Assisting with administrative tasks, including writing, editing, and formatting of ready-to-check correspondence, including reports and proposals.
    • Ensuring that our commitment to diversity is embedded throughout our processes and evident in our outcomes.
    • Demonstrating an emerging commercial mindset, with an understanding of clients' issues and challenges.
    • Suggesting ways to improve the quality, breadth, and delivery of research and implementing agreed changes.
