About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team as the Head of Technology Control, CTO SME. This is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of operational risk and control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Global Head of Controls Technology, CTO in all aspects of CCO Infrastructure, Shared Services, and Cloud team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on operational risk management.
  • Manage the promotion of accountable risk and control decision-making based on quality data and commercial analysis.
  • Provide specialist risk and control knowledge and insights.
  • Identify trends to anticipate future developments in the risk and control environment.
  • Actively challenge poor, inefficient, or excessive controls, related tasks, and behaviors.
  • Manage the development and implementation of future-fit risk management frameworks.
  • Influence and shape the development of regulatory frameworks in collaboration with internal parties.
  • Provide senior management with updates on relevant changes to policy or projects related to operational risk.
