  • Identify and assess potential risks in IT operations, providing timely reports to supervisors and relevant parties, and developing rectification plans.
  • Implement effective detection and control measures to enhance IT production operation safety and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to resolve information security, system audit, production safety, and compliance-related issues.
  • Conduct production incident investigations, analyze root causes, and implement rectification measures.
  • Coordinate regulatory examinations and internal/external audits, monitoring rectification progress.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures for the IT department.
  • Perform compliance checks on departmental policies and procedures, monitoring review status.
  • Organize training to promote awareness of production safety.
Requirements:
  • University degree or above.
  • At least 6 years of banking or IT professional experience, with 1 year in a managerial position.
  • Good knowledge of production control and monitoring, with the ability to provide professional opinions on deliverables' quality and completeness.
  • Strong business and general managerial skills.
  • Knowledge of system development, quality management, and auditing in financial system technology.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry practices in Hong Kong, with knowledge of Mainland China and Southeast Asia an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in incident management and familiarity with IT internal control methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of IT technology, including networking operating systems, programming languages, development, and testing methodologies.
  • CISA, CISSP, and PMP certifications are preferred.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Candidates with lesser experience may be considered for the Technology Risk Manager position.
