Job Responsibilities
This role requires crafting and executing strategic recruitment solutions across all organizational levels. You will collaborate closely with line managers to develop hiring strategies, manage the recruitment life cycle, and nurture great networks with past applicants and potential hires. You will also handle approvals, reports, and related paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
You should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition from an in-house or recruitment agency background. You should also have solid experience in full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods, familiar with tracking and analyzing data and recruitment metrics, and proficient in building databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates.
Bonus Points
We prefer candidates with experience in IT or technology-related industries, fluent in English and Cantonese, and those who can think creatively and strategically.
