The Boutique Manager is a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our Pomellato stores. As a leader, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives, building and coaching a high-performing sales team, and ensuring a unique shopping experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the boutique to achieve sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing on time spent on the shop floor with sales team and clients.
- Contribute to the definition of action plans related to mystery shopping results and ensure their implementation.
- Coach sales team on extraordinary service, selling skills, and attitude to deliver a unique shopping experience.
- Resolve client concerns, disputes, and complaints, ensuring client satisfaction is pursued.
- Ensure the ethical behavior of the store team and integrity towards clients.
- Develop and implement training plans to enhance sales team knowledge on collections, selling techniques, brand stories, and security.
- Partner with sales trainers to implement training plans and follow up on progress.
- Be proactive in recruiting new customers, promoting events, and generating new business opportunities.
- Cultivate relationships with clients, both in-store and outside.
- Implement client database activities according to marketing guidelines.
- Ensure the good maintenance, appearance, and safe environment of the store, highlighting maintenance issues according to guidelines.
- Be responsible for the good functioning of the store in terms of product assortment and visual merchandising, monitoring store stock, and guaranteeing display guidelines.
- Ensure sales team grooming meets standards.
- Manage store stock efficiently and effectively, adhering to KPIs.
- Supervise AFSS activities and requests.
- Approve discounts according to policies.
- Ensure a strong knowledge of the relevant market, including competitions, events, products, and pricing.
- Guarantee profound knowledge of brand locations, events, and marketing activities in the store environment.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of prior management experience in a customer service-focused environment, with a genuine passion for luxury.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team as per Pomellato's image.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to deliver customer orientation.
- High level of integrity and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Enthusiastic team player with an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and team-oriented, well-integrated in the social environment.
- Good command of spoken English, Putonghua, and Cantonese, with knowledge of any other language appreciated.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook required.
