Key Responsibilities
  1. We are seeking an individual with strong analytical skills who can identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  2. You will be responsible for providing Tier 1 support on desktops, laptops, Windows servers, printers, LAN/WAN networking, Office365, Active Directory Management, and Backup Operation.
  3. Your duties will include monitoring, installing, troubleshooting, and upgrading desktop and laptop based solutions.
  4. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement of the Help Desk and other day-to-day processes.
  5. You must be able to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Essential Requirements
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience in IT Help Desk with a focus on desktop and laptop environments.
  3. Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, MCITP, ITIL are preferable.
  4. Experience with server and network security in an enterprise environment is essential.
  5. You must have strong communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and vendor management experience.
