Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Product Consultant to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a key member of our security services team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' information and computing assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal personnel on security services.
  • Prepare product documents such as product specifications, operation documents, and workflows.
  • Assist presales teams and sales teams on complex solution design.
  • Foster a culture of information security within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in cybersecurity-related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with any two of the following: UTM, NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF, SIEM, Email Security Gateway, End Point Security.
  • Knowledge of server and network virtualization is advantageous.
  • Holder of ITIL and any security professional certification is preferred.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to take up challenges.

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 per annum.
