Job Description

The role:

  • Leadership and Collaboration: Direct a team responsible for the firm's cybersecurity operations, ensuring the development of information security architectures, strategies, roadmaps, standards, and procedures.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT departments to validate information security and robustness for infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and identity access & management. Develop protocols for data encryption and tokenization.
  • Security Risk Management: Conduct thorough security assessments to identify vulnerabilities, and design blueprints for an effective security risk management strategy.
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide expert consultation and advice to colleagues in Infrastructure and application development to ensure all systems and applications comply with established security protocols and best practices.
  • Industry Awareness: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends through research and market intelligence to leverage emerging technologies effectively.

What you offer:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
  • At least 6-8 years' experience in cybersecurity, and at least 2 years' experience in a lead/senior supervisory role.
  • CISSP, CISA, CRISC, TOGAF, or GAIC is a definite advantage.
  • Proven track record managing security infrastructure, including firewalls, IPS, WAF, endpoint protection, SIEM, and log management tools.
  • Strong background managing and securing applications and infrastructure on public cloud platforms.
  • Strong experience using vulnerability management tools and designing Identity and Access Management services and solutions.
  • Excellent project management experience and proven ability to manage and build relationships with senior stakeholders and vendors.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
