Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Architect Lead to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. This is a critical post-sale role that aligns across the Security Line of Business.

  • The successful candidate will play a key part in the Technology Services Delivery team to ensure security solutions are deployed at the highest quality and standards.
  • You will participate in project implementation and coordinate new installations, designs, and migrations for security solutions.

This position involves delivering specific technical solutions to meet the technical requirements and specifications. You will engage in technical problem-solving across multiple technologies and work on projects collaboratively with other teams to ensure Customer Success metric outcomes are delivered.

Additionally, you will provide post-installation troubleshooting and technical support by phone or online and keep up-to-date with the latest news and threats in the security industry.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A University Degree or Diploma in relevant fields (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Data Communication, etc.). Non-degree/diploma holders will be reviewed based on job experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT Security or Post-sales delivery roles.
  • Relevant security certifications will be advantageous.
  • Experience as a network/system senior consultant/consultant/project manager.
  • Good product knowledge in Checkpoint, Palo Alto, FireEye, and Arcsight SIEM.
  • A successful track record of IT security software and technology implementation in an enterprise/complex environment.
  • A distinct ability to communicate technology effectively to individuals, groups, and management with varying degrees of expertise.
  • Able to mentor, plan, and lead a team of engineers.
  • Ability to create technical documents, such as design documents, test plans, functionality tests, as-built configuration documents, and operation guides.
  • Ability to solve technical problems independently.
  • Ability to follow up and follow through.
  • Take ownership and initiative.
  • Knowledge of security infrastructure products, such as privilege access management, SIEM, IPS, Firewall, VPN, and sandbox technologies.
  • Security background is essential, comfortable with concepts such as man-in-the-middle attack, DNS poisoning, masquerade attack, and segregation of duties.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive with the ability to succeed in a dynamic environment.
  • Preferably possess CISSP or equivalent security professional certification.
  • Ability to work remotely from own initiative.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
