Classy Wheeler Limited is a renowned regional telecom carrier seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Services Professional to join its team.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum

Job Description:

This role encompasses the entire IT service management lifecycle of security services, including market feasibility research, technical evaluation, supplier management, service rollout, and continuous service improvement.

  • Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal personnel on security services, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  • Prepare comprehensive product documents, such as product specifications, operation documents, and workflows, to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Assist the presales and sales teams in designing complex solutions, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and enforce the organization's information security policies, safeguarding Classy Wheeler Limited's assets and data.
  • Identify and report security events, weaknesses, and incidents according to established procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in cybersecurity-related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with two or more of the following: UTM, NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF, SIEM, Email Security Gateway, End Point Security.
  • Knowledge of server and network virtualization is advantageous.
  • ITIL certification and security professional certifications are highly preferred.
  • Proficient command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to take up challenges.
