Key Responsibilities:

Deliver sales and servicing assistance by crafting and executing process enhancements Assist in the launch of new products, promotions, and initiatives as outlined by the organization Address most challenges by utilizing professional judgment when analyzing data and outcomes Review and produce training materials for sales, servicing, and operational teams Provide support for sales and servicing efforts directed at high-profile clients, including High Net Worth individuals Offer administrative support to sales management teams Ensure adherence to regulations by the sales team Carefully evaluate risks in business decisions, demonstrating a strong commitment to the firm's reputation and the protection of Citigroup, its clients, and assets. Required Qualifications:
