About the Role

We are seeking a high-calibre professional to join our team as an Outreach Insurance Specialist in Wealth and Personal Banking. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing specialist advice on appropriate insurance solutions to ensure the insurance or protection needs of our clients are well fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on insurance solutions to meet the needs of our clients
  • Handle individual insurance portfolios to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and persistency
  • Establish effective working relationships with other teams within the organization to deliver a consistent approach and outstanding service standards
  • Build and maintain a positive team culture through quality business referrals and skills sharing
  • Maintain high levels of compliance with regulatory requirements and HSBC standards

Requirements

  • Tertiary or university-level education in finance, business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in life insurance, preferably in Bancassurance
  • Extensive wealth management and insurance product knowledge and sales capabilities
  • Insurance-related licenses, including Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute Paper 1, 7, 8, and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Paper 1, 2, 3, 5
  • Good level of verbal English and Cantonese, with Putonghua preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
