About the Role:

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee data quality within our marketing database to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  2. Thoroughly analyze marketing and sales data to pinpoint key trends and opportunities.
  3. Develop and maintain a localized data mart to enhance reporting efficiency and marketing campaign effectiveness.
  4. Design engaging dashboards using data visualization tools to empower informed decision-making.
Assistant Marketing Manager (SME Retention team)Responsibilities
  1. Continuously monitor market trends and customer experiences to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Conceptualize and implement effective customer loyalty programs across both online and sales channels.
  3. Regularly review business and sales performance to guarantee alignment with strategic objectives.
  4. Serve as a product anchor, penetrating target segments with relevant services while collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.
  5. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote business performance improvement.
Assistant Marketing Manager (Channel Marketing - Mobile Business)Responsibilities
  1. Promote business expansion in the Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) segment by developing targeted strategies.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive plans for customer acquisition and churn management.
  3. Effectively manage multiple sales channels and touchpoints to maximize business performance.
  4. Design personalized customer journeys that foster increased customer loyalty through tailored engagement.
  5. Plan and execute omni-channel marketing initiatives to effectively reach customers.
  6. Analyze customer profiles to inform segmentation marketing strategies.
  7. Provide support for operational activities and handle miscellaneous tasks assigned by the team.
RequirementsKey Qualifications
  1. Degree in Information Systems or equivalent field.
  2. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to process large datasets efficiently.
  3. Proficiency in data processing and ETL techniques is essential.
  4. A minimum of 5 years of experience in reporting and data analysis.
  5. Working knowledge of SQL Server is required.
  6. Outstanding teamwork and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication abilities.
Assistant Marketing Manager (SME Retention team)Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the telecommunications or ICT industry.
  3. Creativity, self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
  4. Strong data analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
  5. The capacity to work under pressure, manage multiple marketing projects with tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  7. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
