About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Analytics and Sales team at Bloomberg. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of our Bloomberg products and clients in the wider context of financial markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to our clients by delivering fast and accurate solutions to their queries.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our financial products and services, including industry principles, market players, and asset classes.
  • Work closely with our Sales team to deliver strategic initiatives, support product roll-out, and onboard clients.
  • Continuously develop your knowledge through asset class and workflow specialist training.
What We're Looking For
  • A Bachelor's degree (or above) with a graduation date by August 2025.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in the financial markets and the aspiration to work in the financial services industry.
  • Ambition for a client-facing career, with a focus on relationship management and sales.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in both English and Cantonese/Mandarin (written and verbal).
