Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Center Customer Operations Engineer to join our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining critical facilities infrastructure and delivering best-in-class service to our data center customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support services, including data center operations, equipment maintenance, and service provisioning.
  • Install and uninstall customer connectivity services, including circuit testing and labeling.
  • Provide training workshops to new or junior team members.
  • Perform cross-connect related audit duties, record validation, and housekeeping work.
  • Manage MMR expansion projects, including frame installation, fiber runner/cable ladder installation, and pre-wire cabling work.
  • Support local networking devices (Cisco/Juniper/Brocade/H3C).
  • Handle incidents, troubleshoot problems, and escalate to upper tiers.
  • Maintain accurate records, document all problems, and prepare reports.
  • Exhibit quality workmanship on all work.
  • Manage multiple concurrent interdisciplinary projects and work in a team.
Requirements
  • Technical Institute graduate in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Experience in NOC support in Data Center, helpdesk support experience is an advantage.
  • Customer focus with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good presentation skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Discipline, self-initiative, and self-motivation.
  • Basic English speaking and writing.
  • Shift work is required.
