Insurance Business Analyst Intern

As an Analytics and Administrative Support Intern in our Agency Strategy department, you will play a vital role in achieving business targets. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our ability to support even more people in living Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
About the RoleThis internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in analytics and administrative support. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality insights and data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Support internal, market, business opportunity, and competitor analytics by providing timely and accurate data insights.
- Develop reports and presentations to summarize findings and draw actionable conclusions.
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to ensure seamless departmental operations.
- Assist in business projection, performance tracking, analytics, and annual strategic planning activities.
- Prepare performance and project progress reports for management review, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Ensure all reports are presented in a clear and concise format, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with Mandarin being an advantage.
- Conversant in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Passionate about exploring the insurance industry and committed to delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizing, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A team player with a strong desire to learn and grow with our organization.
