Job Summary

The Country Manager will be responsible for leading our business strategy and growth initiatives in Hong Kong. This role requires a senior leader with extensive experience in Fintech, AI, and Cloud, who can drive sales and revenue targets while managing local operations and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Business Strategy and Growth

Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and expansion in Hong Kong, leveraging expertise in Fintech, AI, and Cloud.

Build and Maintain Client Relationships

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Manage Local Operations

Oversee local operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Lead High-Performing Teams

Foster a culture of excellence within the team, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Drive Sales and Revenue Targets

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets, staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.

Represent Company at Industry Events

Act as an ambassador for Cornerstone Global Partners, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Collaborate with SEA President on Regional Initiatives

Work closely with the SEA President to develop and implement regional initiatives, driving business growth and expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or technology.

5+ Years Senior Leadership Experience in Fintech/AI/Cloud

Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, with expertise in Fintech, AI, and Cloud.

Strong Knowledge of AI and Cloud Technologies

Up-to-date knowledge of AI and cloud technologies, including implementation, integration, and optimization.

Proven Track Record in Business Development

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business development strategies, driving growth and expansion.

Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

Fluent in English and Chinese

Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with excellent language skills.

Hong Kong Market Experience Preferred

Prior experience working in the Hong Kong market, with a deep understanding of the local business landscape.

Strong Banking Background with Comprehensive Understanding

In-depth knowledge of banking operations, including corporate banking, retail banking, treasury operations, trade finance processes, risk management, and digital banking initiatives.

Experience in Banking Digital Transformation Projects a Plus

Previous experience in banking digital transformation projects, with expertise in implementing digital solutions and driving business change.
