Job Summary

The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Youth Program Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the development and implementation of health education and promotion programs for young people in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute health education and promotion programs in various settings, including schools, community centers, and corporate organizations.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for wellness programs and events, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Responsible for the operation, service, and administrative work of the center.
  • Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor.

Requirements

Education and Qualifications

  • A diploma holder or above in a health-related discipline or other related disciplines.

Skills and Abilities

  • Experience in program coordination and execution.
  • Good written, verbal, and presentation skills in Chinese and English.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Preferably with past working experiences in school and community settings.
  • Interested in youth culture and wellness.

Additional Requirements

  • Perform night or shift duty when necessary.
