Job Summary

The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Work Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing wellness-related programs for youth, including course content development, premises utilization, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute wellness-related courses for youth, including content development, premises utilization, and administrative support.
  • Liaise with partners to develop and implement service programs.
  • Responsible for funding proposals to secure resources.
  • Develop online and offline promotion strategies and campaigns.
  • Perform other duties as required by supervisor.

Requirements

Education

Recognized university graduates in Social Work with a bachelor degree or above.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Experience in training, planning, leading, and debriefing programs.

Good written, verbal, and presentation skills in Chinese and English.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Experience in social media platform management is advantageous.

Interested in youth culture and wellness is preferred.

Certificates, Licenses and Registration

Registered under Social Workers Registration Ordinance.

Additional Requirements

Perform night or shift duty when necessary.
