Job Title: Youth Work Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Work Officer to join our team at The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing youth services and programs in schools and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to students in schools
  • Develop and implement youth programs and activities in community settings
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant work experience preferred

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
