Job Summary

The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Youth Program Coordinator. This role will be responsible for providing design and media support for sports programs and events, as well as assisting in the monitoring and evaluation of promotion strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative design and media solutions for sports programs and events, including graphics, social media content, and video production.
  • Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of promotion strategy, using data and feedback to continuously improve performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design and media trends, and bring new ideas and approaches to the team.
  • Work closely with the Sports Manager and team members to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as sports associations, sponsors, and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Diploma holder in Design, Media, Communications or a related field.
  • Strong design and media skills, with a portfolio of work that demonstrates creativity and innovation.
  • Familiar with social media platforms and trends, and able to create content that resonates with young people.
  • Strong administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
