Job Title: Youth Worker

Job Summary:

The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups is seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Worker to join our team. As a Youth Worker, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing health education, promotion programs, and volunteering services in various settings, including schools, community, and corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute health education, promotion programs, and volunteering services in different settings
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for wellness programs and events, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
  • Operate, service, and administer the centre
  • Perform other duties as required by supervisor

Requirements:

Education: Diploma holder or above in health-related discipline or other related disciplines

Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience in program coordination and execution
  • Good written, verbal, and presentation skills in Chinese and English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Preferably with past working experiences in school and community settings
  • Interested in youth culture and wellness

Additional Requirements:

  • Perform night or shift duty when necessary
