Job Summary

The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups is seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Youth Exchange Team Leader. As a key member of our youth exchange program, you will be responsible for leading a team of participants on exchange trips to mainland China and overseas, coordinating with local institutions, and ensuring the smooth execution of the program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of participants on exchange trips, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the journey.
  • Coordinate with local institutions to arrange logistics, itineraries, and activities for the exchange program.
  • Attend training sessions and pre-departure activities organized by the youth exchange department, and maintain regular communication with team members during the trip.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree from a recognized institution, preferably in a field related to youth development or international relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • A valid tour guide license issued by the Hong Kong Tourism Board.
