Job Summary

The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups is seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our youth services team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that promote youth development and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement youth development programs that align with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Collaborate with community partners to identify and address the needs of young people.
  • Design and deliver training programs for youth workers and community leaders.
  • Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and corporate partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as youth development, education, or social work.
  • At least 2 years of experience in youth development or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
