Senior Manager - Directors' Office

Join our team as a Senior Manager in the Directors' Office

As a Senior Manager in the Directors' Office, you will be responsible for undertaking various projects, which include but not limited to the following:

  • Develop and implement effective communications strategies and maintain a vibrant social media presence for various projects.
  • Plan and organize events, from small exclusive receptions to large-scale conferences (in-person and virtual), competitions, concerts and exhibitions.
  • Conduct research and analyze data on global issues, geo-political trends, economics, and culture.
  • Foster and maintain longstanding relationships with local and international corporations, universities, think tanks, and not-for-profit organizations.

This is a hands-on role from conceptualization to implementation, requiring you to work closely with the Executive Director, as well as internal and external parties.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or above in any discipline from a leading university.
  • A solid track record of at least ten years in communications, research, events management or related fields; Mainland or overseas work experience would be an advantage.
  • Adept in content creation for print or social media, editing and communications with native fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
  • Conversant in geopolitics and current affairs and intellectually curious in a broad range of topics.
  • Possess a growth mindset; can be both a good team player as well as a self-starter who is resourceful and detail-oriented.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and always strive for excellence
  • Above all, unquestionable personal and professional integrity.

Strong candidates with lesser experience would be considered for "Manager – Directors' Office" position.
