Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing our investor relations, corporate public relations, communications, and image strategies/programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement investor relations strategies to enhance our company's visibility and credibility among investors, analysts, and the media.
  • Organize and attend investment presentations, conduct meetings, and corporate events to showcase our company's growth and performance.
  • Collaborate with our CEO and other internal departments to formulate our investor relations strategy and ensure alignment with our overall business objectives.
  • Liaise closely with internal and external parties to prepare press releases, annual reports, presentations, scripts, and Q&A for meetings with analysts, investors, and reporters.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for investors, fund managers, analysts, government bodies, and media on all investor relations inquiries.
  • Manage and participate in various investor communication channels such as road shows, conferences, meetings, and results briefings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Finance.
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in a sizeable China Listed Company with Corporate Communication / Investor Relations / Equity Research experience.
  • Established connections with the investment community, fund managers, analysts, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to meet tight schedules and work under pressure.
  • Flexible working hours and willingness to travel are required.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is a MUST.
