Our partner, a prominent hospitality group in Hong Kong, is opening a new outlet that requires a seasoned professional to oversee the creation of unforgettable cocktails and moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop bespoke cocktail menus that complement the restaurant's offerings.
- Organize regular training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
