Receptionist, Customer Services, Fubon Bank

As a Receptionist within the Customer Services department at Fubon Bank, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage reception tasks, including handling the general hotline and welcoming clients. Deliver outstanding customer service; respond to client inquiries across multiple communication channels. Offer administrative assistance, such as processing personal loan applications, data entry, submission of documents, and maintaining customer information. Engage in various operational duties and special projects as required. Qualifications:

Minimum of a post-secondary education. At least 2 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 1 year in customer service within the banking or financial sector. Possess a pleasant telephone demeanor, strong interpersonal abilities, and a service-oriented mindset. Familiarity with the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Proficient in English and Cantonese; Mandarin communication skills are an advantage. Competent in Microsoft Office applications, with knowledge of Access being preferable. Must demonstrate responsibility, organization, and attention to detail. A collaborative team player committed to delivering high-quality customer service. Strong typing skills in both English and Chinese.
