Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Retail Project Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire projects from initiation to completion, communicating with all internal / external departments / consultants / vendors & landlords, construction management, budget management, etc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support all office and store openings and renovation projects.
  • Ensure that design integrity, brand standards and specifications are met in each project throughout the region.
  • Develop and implement project plans and control project budgets.
  • Establish a project management process and system to ensure timely and qualified delivery.
  • Monitor procurement on long-lead items for each project and participate in procurement when necessary.
  • Follow up on store dismantling procedures by providing clear guidelines and tracking progress.
  • Follow up and monitor maintenance works as well as follow-up yearly maintenance contracts (lighting, flooring) with local contractors.
  • Review and monitor payment processes for all service providers.
  • Collaborate with the project team to provide monthly project updates, evaluations, and feedback on design, standards, and specifications, and maintain related records of project schedules, contact lists, construction costs, etc.
Requirements
  • A degree holder preferably in Architecture and Design with a passion for the retail industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience within a high-quality architecture or retail industry.
  • Proven extensive project management experience, preferable in luxury fashion retail.
  • Strong financial acumen with good budget management and control for each project, including forecasting and actual cost reporting.
  • Good knowledge of local codes and regulations and able to read architectural plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability into a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and manage priorities.
  • Capacity to anticipate risks and identify areas of need proactively.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database applications.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is HKD$1,200,000 - HKD$1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
