Assistant Vice President, Investment and Insurance Operations Lead

Citi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Vice President, Investment and Insurance Operations Lead to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the insurance and investment operations functions, interacting with internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the insurance and investment operations functions, including new product setup, static data maintenance, and insurance policy processing.
* Interact with internal stakeholders, including product, sales, operations, and technology, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
* Ensure compliance with government regulations and implement appropriate controls and testing measures.
* Monitor team performance, ensuring quality and efficiency, and provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information and in-depth knowledge of policies and procedures.
Requirements
* 5+ years of relevant experience in investment and insurance operations.
* Minimum 2 years of managerial experience with strong ability to drive and motivate teams.
* Experience with automated end-to-end sourcing tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
